Job Description

We are looking for a top tier Recruiter/Sales Executive to join the largest recruiting and staffing company in Eastern Washing/Oregon.

Our office in Eastern Washington has grown over 175% in the last 2 quarters and looking for an all-star to join the team.

With this position you will be working primarily on developing current business and bringing in new accounts.

With one of the best sales training Programs in the world for staffing and recruiting, we are also looking for someone who wants career growth and personal advancement to take their game to the next level.

You will be overseen by the local Market Manager and work hand-in-hand with Recruiters/Programs in the areas.

What we are looking for:

· Good Sales Acumen, but even better relationship building skills.

· Previous Recruiting/Staffing experience is preferred, but not required.

· A team mentality, for quality is better than quantity and you will be working with some of the best recruiters in the world to bring in orders and close them.

· Detail oriented individual who looks at the small things and how they affect the large picture.

· Must have reliable transportation because you will be overseeing sales and placement in Tri-Cities, Yakima, Moses Lake, Hermiston, Pendleton, Pullman, Quincy, Wenatchee, and The Dalles.

Ideal Individual:

· A 2/4/6 year degree in communications, business, marketing, or business administration.

· 2-3 years in Human Resources, Service Sales, or Staffing/Recruiting.

· Current Book of Business or proven record of sales in related industry.
