Position Summary



Key support position with the Training department to sustain the compliance and quality of the GMP training program. This role requires research, coordination, documentation and organization of training documents. This will ensure consistency and compliance with training initiatives, programs and processes for the Plant under the direction of the Training Manager.



Responsibilities: Essential Duties



Accurately enter training data into the electronic Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain hard copy records with meticulous attention to detail for auditing purposes.

Through written and verbal communication methods regularly provide training compliance status updates and requirements to ensure training data is current and accurate.

Research, coordinate, plan, document and organize training processes for clients.

Filing of all employee training documents.

Archiving of all employee training documents.

Plan, schedule resources (conference rooms, project, TV/VCR), prepare and distribute training aids (handouts, instructional materials, visual aids) for training courses for employees/agents.

Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc



Required:



Educational attainment equivalent to High School.

Two or more years experience in a manufacturing, laboratory or clerical environment.

General computer knowledge.

Desired:



Associate's Degree (2 year college or technical school).

Two or more years experience with training in a manufacturing environment.

Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or other HRIS system.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skill Requirements



Company policies and procedures, GMP and safety.

Basic computer programs including Microsoft applications.

Good and presentable written and verbal communication skills.

Leadership qualities.

Able to plan, organize, deliver and complete work assignments in accordance with project deadlines.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work with all levels of employees.

Ability to be flexible with hours/shifts to support a 24/7 operation.

Ability to work overtime as required.

Physical Demands:



While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.

What is the job?



Transfer data gathered from the Job Function Analysis to a Training matrix for each functional business unit.

Create modules in the Learning Management system.

Develop curricula from the Job Function Analysis in the Learning Management System.

Assist with the transfer of employees from current curriculum to the new curriculum.
