Job Description

Manpower is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in the South Miami Heights area! Qualified candidates will receive a starting pay of $11.00 per hour and have the availability to work a shift within the hours of 10AM-11PM. These positions will be supporting mobile phone insurance and will be an important contributor to the success of their team.



The Details:

* Handle in-bound calls from our customers by researching and resolving questions regarding warranty claims

* This role requires listening to our customer's concerns and showing empathy while resolving their issue.

* Because every customer is different we expect you to take the initiative to truly understand our customers current challenges, solve them, and use your expertise to proactively help them avoid future challenges.



Shifts and Pay:

* 1st and 2nd shift available

* Must have availability to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of 10AM-11PM

* $11.00 per hour



What You Bring To The Job:

* Previous call center or customer service experience

* Great attitude and ability to work in a team

* High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
