Call Center Help Desk Representative

What is the Job?

*Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, email, fax and live chat requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer related technologies in the use of a Tax Software Program.

*Interviews end user to collect information about problem and leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error

*Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for most user problems

*Follow basic procedures and scripts per management direction

*Provides excellent customer service
