Job Description

Must be able to work a later shift from 10A-7P. Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred. The HIPP/IPPA Customer Service Representative (CSR) will take inbound calls from clients and potential clients on a daily basis. Additional duties will be required including check processing and insurance examination.

Required skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and management Strong problem solving abilities Ability to work under pressure Strong organizational skills Strong analytically and research skills Ability to track projects for timely follow-up and completion Client notes are required to be accurately entered in the system. Other data entry is also required to process payments and update the case system. Complete function based processes Enter case notes into PIER database Maintain quality score of 97 or better Special research Perform other duties as assigned Observe professional standards of conduct.
