Job Description

Skills and Experience:



* Strong computer skills using MS Office (excel experience) in a Windows environment

* Oracle/SAP experience

* Data entry

* Service billing

* Draft and process customer quotes

* Communication with customers and field service/process engineers by phone and email

* Administration/processing of customer spares parts orders

* Dispatch of customer/internal orders

* Ensure order entry and dispatch documentation information is accurate and correct

* Inventory replenishment and processing of goods received

* Assist in maintaining inventory

* Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills are essential

* Must have a flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team work

* Should be very data driven and understand the importance of customer satisfaction

* Any additional duties required



Essential Job Functions:



* Lift 20 lbs occasionally

* Able to work at a desk using a computer, keyboard and mouse 8 hours per day

* Able to read, write and understand English
