Job Description

Qualifications:

* Education/Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



* Language Ability - Ability to read and interpret documents written in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, specifications, cGMP guidelines, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English. Ability to speak effectively before employees, customers and regulatory agencies.



* Math Ability - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.



* Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.



* Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of or willing to learn (Microsoft Word) word processing software, (Microsoft Excel) spreadsheet software, (Batch Master) inventory manufacturing software and internet software.



* Certificates and Licenses - No certifications needed.



* Supervisory Responsibilities - Manage subordinate employees in compounding. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units. Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather) and work near moving mechanical parts.
