Job Description

The Production Planner/Scheduler



..............is responsible for developing and coordinating multi-line/multi-product production schedules on a daily basis to ensure customer demands are met, product quality

is maintained and product meets or exceeds customer deadlines and expectations. Production

Planner/Scheduler must have a full understanding of the production process and be able to generate

effective daily schedules.

Qualification Requirements include but are not limited to:

1. Exposure or basic knowledge of current GMP requirements and SOPs for manufacturing.

2. Possess advanced writing skills and organizational experience.

3. One to Three years production experience.

4. Possess basic math skills and be familiar with the metric system.

5. Possess the ability to make quick decisions based on component and bulk availability



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Develop master schedule to establish production sequence to meet customer orders

2. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand

3. Create and maintain daily production schedules, including but not limited to:

a. Filling Machine capability and availability

b. Bulk inventory

c. Component inventory

4. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner aiming for minimum disruption

5. Develop production schedule, coordinate and communicate changes and progress

6. Ability to handle and prioritize multi-line / multi-product environment

7. Ability to create and understand production reports to generate efficient production schedules

8. Special Projects as assigned by the Regulatory Documentation Manager, General Manager
