Job Description

Human Resources Coordination

Do you enjoy recruiting and candidate engagement? Are you knowledgeable in human resource practices? Come with us to work an interesting and varied assignment at our client site. You will be responsible for candidate processing activities, including greeting and prescreening of potential candidates to determine employment eligibility. This role will move eligible candidates forward in the process to ensure employment readiness which includes interviewing and coordinating interviews, directing candidates to complete necessary assessments, completing compliance requirements and other onboarding activities as assigned. This role will also manage phone, web and walk-in traffic. This is a high volume position with a large amount of transactional work in a manufacturing environment.

What you bring to the job?

*Previous experience in high-volume candidate management

*Experience in an industrial setting preferred. Military experience is a plus!

*College-level courses in business with HR concentration or equivalent experience

*Talent and commitment to handle daily, front line candidate issues in accordance with all EEOC guidelines
