Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Prints, checks for accuracy and mails out all correspondence on loan files such as coupons and notices.

Picks up and distributes interoffice and incoming mail during the day.

Creates and files all consumer and commercial real estate and non real estate loans.

Programs loan information onto the core system for all consumer and commercial non real estate loans.

Edits programming of others for all consumer and commercial non real estate loans.

Checks automobile titles for accuracy, tracks, and files.

Processes paid off loans and send out released titles and other lien instruments.

Quoting mortgage payoffs.

Tracks insurance on automobiles, equipment, and business personal property.

Post loan payments and servicing of existing loans.

Creates legal documentation for consumer non real estate loans on Laser Pro software.

Job Description - Loan Administration Clerk

Reports to - Manager Loan Administration Job Grade - I

Answers customer phone calls. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:





Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge: 1 Year Experience in Financial Institution Preferred

Skills: Good Interpersonal, Mathematical and Clerical Skills

Some Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
