Job Description

Our client, a leader in the field of eyewear supply, is currently looking for a Call Center Agent to fill a permanent position.



This position is located in Ville Saint Laurent, the salary is around 15-16$/h depending on your experience and you will have access to group benefits.

The client offers a 3 weeks training to ensure your success in the role.

Clients are mostly English-speaking so it is very important to be able to communicate in English (80%) and be able to conduct a conversation in French (20%).



On a daily basis, you will be required to perform several functions such as;

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and take orders;

Inform customers about orders and deliveries;

Troubleshoot order issues and advise customers on products;

Manage customer complaints;

Other related tasks.



You are the person of choice for this position if you are bilingual, have a call center experience or have been a customer service agent for at least 1 year.

You are detail oriented and you are comfortable with Microsoft Office.

You have solid communication skills;

The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30 or from 9:00 to 18:00.
