Job Description

Our Client in banking sector is looking for Bilingual (French/English) Technical Support Agents to join their team.



Location: Finch subway station

Shifts: rotational Mon-Fri 7 am - 8 pm

Duration: 6 months assignment with possibility of extension



Must haves:

- very good communications skills both in French and English

- previous phone customer service experience

- tech savvy



Nice to have:

- previous banking/finance experience



JOB OVERVIEW:



The Bilingual Technical Support Agent is accountable to perform after sales service technical support for Business Banking products, as well as Service and Delivery Channels for both internal and external customers. The Technical Support Agent is accountable for understanding the customer needs and taking responsibility for the execution of customer requests, providing relevant recommendations when appropriate and ensuring the highest degree of customer service.
