Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Bilingual (French/English) Medical Secretary opportunity in Kingston, ON, This is a fantastic opportunity to work with excellent physicians.



Some of the responsibilities for the Medical Secretary position in Kingston, may include (but are not limited to);



Reception duties; answer calls, meet and greet, signing patients in, taking billing details, etc.

Coordinating patient appointments, consultations, etc.

Provide patient follow-ups

Manage both a paper and electronic filing system, creating new files

Create reports, type up documents, help organize for information sessions and events at the office, etc.

Additional tasks as requested.



Qualifications for this opportunity include;



Post-secondary education preferably in Medical Office Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience

At least 6 months+ experience as a Medical Secretary / Medical Receptionist - small or large office

Proficient MS Office skills with the ability to utilize medical systems

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

The ability to work independently and with little direction
