What we are looking for:

* Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalence required

* Hours of Availability: 9:00am to 9:30pm EST, including weekends and statutory holidays.

* Intermediate knowledge of personal computers, mobile devices, accessories, operating systems, software et computer technology terminology

* Experience: minimum 1 year of customer service

* Communication: excellent written and verbal in French and English

* Typing Speed: minimum 35 WPM, all while speaking with customers

* Able to self-manage and to work autonomously in a constantly-evolving environment

* Proficient time-management skills, including the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize

* Capable of researching and grasping technical information on many tools/applications while speaking with customers
