Job Description

Manpower requires a Full time (Monday - Friday) Accounts Payable Assistant to fulfill a 1 month+ contract in Kingston ON. This role pays $ 16.00/hr. Our client is looking for the right fit to start immediately.



WHAT WILL I BE DONG?

* Calculate and disburse expenses for payables

* Ensure that invoices are correctly recorded and accounted for under proper general ledger accounts

* Verify and post accounts payable transactions

* Plan, organize and manage workload to ensure your duties are achieved in a timely manner

* Maintain accounts payable filing system

* Additional duties as assigned



WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL I NEED?

* Minimum 1+ years of relevant office administration experience

* Strong malt-tasker, decision making, prioritizing skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Simply

* Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
