Job Description

This is a Part-time permanent position. Must be reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative duties and coordinate documentation and projects. The ideal candidate would transition into a fulltime Office Manager. Must have a positive attitude, and a desire to work as efficiently as possible.

Coordinate frequently with the satellite office: sharing documentation and reviewing current projects and deadlines.

Maintain Projects/Job Binders and Files. Keeping all records organized and current.

Keep subcontractor and client insurance documents current.

Coordinate company's insurance coverage with insurance brokers.

Design and maintain office and projects forms, filing and storage systems.

Maintain master office calendar and keep current.

Answer and screen phone calls, maintain office supply inventory and, keep office clean and organized.

Occasional delivers and on-site job meetings.
