Job Description

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping



Education: Not a factor.



Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with staff and clients.



Driver's License: Not a factor.



Requirements:

- Possess strong bookkeeping skills with experience using Quickbooks or Xero accounting systems.

- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM and Skype.

- Friendly and upbeat personality with strong written and spoken communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail; business minded.



Duties:

- Coordinate and organize all daily office activities.

- Greet visitors and respond to all calls and inquiries.

- Manage daily bookkeeping and coordinate with 3rd party off-site accountant.

- Manage PayChex payroll system.
