Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Brazilian Portuguese OR German



We are excited to connect with a qualified bilingual English-Brazilian Portuguese or English-German speaking customer service professional to join our free-to-play online gaming client in North York.



The Job:

- Respond to customer issues through their online ticketing system

- Investigate, generate and communicate resolutions to customers

- Leverage billing systems to pull and analyze data

- Work closely with other departments to manage billing issues

- Assist with the coordination and implementation of new partners

What you bring:

- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in either Brazilian Portuguese or German

- At least 1 year of previous customer service experience

- Strong computer skills, attention to detail and comfort working with technology

- Active interest and knowledge of the gaming industry

- Confidence to pass both a criminal background check and educational verification
