Job Description

Bilingual Contact centre professionals- We have a full time role until April 2019 in Kitchener within the Groups Benefit department at one the leading insurance companies in Canada!



Training is comprised of various components and topics such as, insurance terms & definitions, understanding the Group Benefits Business, understanding the different insurance policies, work processes, as well as a number of systems that are used on a daily basis. A technical aptitude is required as you will be utilizing multiple systems on a per call basis.



As a Customer Service Professional you are:

* Passionate about exceeding customer expectations, and fluent in French and English

* Classroom setting and time spent with representatives listening to calls is part of training as is regular testing throughout training session

* Driven to identify and pursue new and existing sales opportunities by understanding customer needs

* Excited to learn and grow your knowledge of the insurance industry



Your desire to do better and be better, along with your flexibility and passion for a fast-paced dynamic environment makes you the ideal candidate. With your knowledge and experience you will:

* Shift work to accommodate customer calls from other time zones will be required (Rotating shifts between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday - Friday). Flexibility is needed as client demand changes.

* When fully trained, expectation is to manage between 70-80 incoming calls per day

* Representatives are on the phones for the majority of their day, except for scheduled breaks/lunches and call back time. (30 minutes per day scheduled off phones for making outbound "callbacks" to clients on outstanding issues, follow-up etc.)

* Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

* Contribute to team growth through relationship building
