Job Description

As a Banking Representatives working with our client in the Financial Industry, your main function will be to making outbound calls to financial institutions updating internal systems primarily through contacting customers via telephone. Our client is hiring 7 induvial to join their team, $18.00 hour with 4% vacation pay. This is a 6 months contract and shifts are Monday to Friday - 8.30a.m to 5.00p.m.



The main duties and responsibilities include:



* Making outbound calls to financial institutions updating internal systems

* This is a call center environment

* 80% of functions will include candidates conducting outbound calls; responsible for the timely and accurate follow up of client transfers from other financial institutions into the client systems

* 20% of functions will include data entry functions, i.e. updating in house systems and working closely on ISM, EIS (Electronic Imaging System) and in house ticketing software.



Are you interested? The ideal candidate will possess:



* Fluent in French and English

* 2 years of call banking experience (in-house or third party) in call center environment an asset

* 1 year experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for when candidates are entering tickets and carrying out data entry duties.
