Job Description

Manpower has an opening for a Production Manager in Ward, SC. Salary will be based on experience, and will range $61K-$86K annually.
Job duties would include but not be limited to:
•Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
•Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
•Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
•Oversee a workforce of 100+ employees
•Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
•Ensure employees follow industry standards, health and safety guidelines
•Set production goals and communicate to key personnel
•Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing operations preferred
•Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
