Job Description

Seeking to hire a recent college grad with a degree in HR. This position is a 6 months assignment.


Spectrum Reach ( currently seeks a Recruiting Coordinator for our Recruiting Team. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to execute successfully in this position. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Recruiting team, candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.


* Typically supports 5 recruiters

* Provides administrative support throughout the full life-cycle of the recruiting process

* Coordinates interview schedules and details around interview process with hiring team and candidates

* Manages logistics for recruiting events including planning for career fairs, information sessions and other related activities

* Responsible for generating various reports to support the team as needed

* Directs calls and responds to general inquiries from candidates, employees and hiring managers as needed

* Manages job posting process which includes creating requisition within Brass Ring and obtaining required approvals; also responsible for posting job with various recruitment sources

* Supports candidates through the offer and on boarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience

* Posts jobs via web sites, sends out Candidate Summary Forms, and other tasks as assigned


* Able to multi-task and be highly organized

* Personable and extroverted personality with strong communication skills

* Computer savvy overall and strong in MS Office

* Strong desire to work in HR or Recruiting

* Minimum 1 year administrative/office support required

* Ability to manage supporting multiple recruiters and their portfolio of job openings

* Strong organization skills to ensure FCC, EEO, OFCCP and AAP compliance


* Advanced degree preferred.

Must be able to pass a background check and dug test prior to start date.
