We are currently hiring for a Warehouse Clerk!



Responsibilities:

*Manage scheduling of all inbound and outbound shipments into the Distribution Center.

*Track and monitor the condition of inbound and outbound freight.

*Communicate with the Warehouse Lead and Supervisor on scheduling of labor as it relates to dock activity and inbound scheduling.

*Provide leadership and guidance to the department team members in the absence of the department supervisor and/or lead.

*Support the department Supervisor and Lead with daily activities on the Receiving Dock.

*Support receipt error inquiries with inventory, and document audits.

*Facilitate the communication between the internal management team, freight companies, buyers, and vendors.

*Produce all daily weekly, monthly inbound department reports for review of accuracy.

*Oversee daily review and maintenance of temporary bin locations.

*Review all inbound documentation for accuracy, and reconciliation prior to finalization of receipt.

*Provide exceptional organizational skills and support of document retention protocol.



Requirements:

*High School Diploma or GED required; technical, associate or bachelor's degree preferred

*1+ year or equivalent experience preferred; previous experience in a warehouse environment required

*Material Handling Equipment Certification required

*Great attendance record and track record of high accountability

*Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

*Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos

*Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization

*Possess relevant knowledge of the company inventory or WMS software and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs



Work Schedule:

1st shift / 2nd shift (alternating) - Must be flexible

Pay Rate:

$15.25/hr. (Temp to Hire)
