Job Description

Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Rep



In tandem with our client, a commercial and residential security solutions company, Manpower is seeking French Bilingual Customer Service Reps to join their Calgary team working in a call center.

Hours: Must be available between 7:00am to 9:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Pay: $19.22/hour - $500 quarterly bonus eligibility



Responsibilities:

* Addressing and managing cancellation requests from customers; phone or mail

* Building customer loyalty

* Using negotiation skills to reduce customer attrition

* Processing cancellations where necessary

* Creating an exceptional client experience

* Being an ambassador of the company

* Maintaining and participating in a positive work environment based on teamwork



Requirements:

* Minimum High School Diploma

* Fluency in both French and English

* Minimum 1 year in a Customer Service role

* Previous experience working in a call center environment would be considered an asset

* Intermediate computer skills; knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new technical skills

* Flexibility to work a variety of hours as required
