Job Description

Customer service agents are the first point of contact for our awesome customers. They help our customers with any and all inquiries. Customers call in needing help with many things like: replacement of furniture parts, assembly, placing new orders, returns, exchanges, searching our website for an item and general product info. As we are mostly in the ecommerce business, you will not just interact with customers on the phone but also via emails, live chat and social media.



More specifically, you'll be required to:



Answer incoming phone calls, chats, emails or social media communications

Navigate from a website to another to answers customers reviews and questions

Place outgoing calls and follow up on customer's questions.

Provide our customers with technical support when they are assembling furniture

.we offer live assembly service through skype and Facetime!

Plan and participate in continuous improvement Projects Company wide.

Use our system to place customer's internet orders and parts orders

Assist our part time employees based in Canada, especially on weekends.

Assist customers in everything that is related to our transactional website (orders, returns, product research) that's right - we sell directly!

Offer that little something extra that'll make a big difference in the consumer's South Shore experience.

Pre-requisite for the position:



Experience in Customer Service - direct contact with consumers

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish; written and oral

Contact center experience in multiple communication channel is an asset

At ease with Social media (Facebook, messenger, twitter, Instagram, etc)

At ease with ecommerce transactions and virtual communications

Adequate computer skills for browsing more than one webpage at a time

Knowledge of SAP software an asset.
