Job Description

Manpower is currently looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk or Administrative Assistant with Inventory and Purchasing experience for an immediate start in January 2019!

What does this Inventory Clerk or Administrative Assistant career offer you?

● Full time hours 8am - 5pm, long term assignment lasting at least 6 months.

● Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

● Competitive wages starting at $20 hour dependent on your experience

What are the job responsibilities?

● Reviewing purchase orders for overspend, researching open Purchase Orders to determine if items are needed, and contacting vendors to cancel or modify orders if


● Helping create a process to sell unneeded inventory to companies that may need it.

● Helping to clean up Inventory list by standardizing item information and mapping in the system.

Needed skills:

Microsoft Office

Excel - intermediate or advanced skills

Good communication skills on the Phone and in Email

Ability to work with other departments to research issues
