Job Description

Manpower is now recruiting on behalf of Amway Global for an Admistraitve Assistant in Regulatory Affairs. This is a temporary position with an initial timeline of 6 months with potenital for an extension. Pay range is $15-$17 an hour depending on skills and experience level.



Purpose of Role

* Provide technical and administrative support to Regulatory Analysts primarily with regards to product registration in Beauty/Personal Care/ Homecare/Durables.

* Support Knowledge Management function in the framework of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) preparation and implementation.



Principal Accountabilities

This individual is responsible for the following:

* Assists regulatory analysts in the development of technical documents for product registration, including submission for and procurement of external certifications.

* Coordinate procurement, and shipment of product samples, including completion of SRA and packaging.

* Manage and meet established project priorities. Balance numerous responsibilities, including support of JDE flags, management of hard-copy and electronic documents, expenditure tracking, and document upload to PLM and Sharepoint.



Required and Desired Skills and Experience

The role requires the following functional knowledge, demonstrated skills, and experiences:



* Science Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with 3 years of hands-on experience in science or regulatory field. (Experience with Beauty and Personal Care industry desired.)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong computer skills and functional experience with the following software: Sharepoint, JDE and Microsoft Office Suite products.

* Must be flexible and able to effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
