Be involved in the role out of a new direct sourcing model across the business. As an integral part of the Global Sourcing Team, the Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the first contact with potential candidates and strives to increase the pipeline through strategic sourcing, networking and brand building. The sourcing specialist will work closely together with Talent Acquisition/Country HR to gain a thorough knowledge of the range of vacancies and build up contacts within the industry in order to find the best talent for (upcoming) vacancies and talent pipelines.
Main responsibilities include:
* Deliver exceptional candidate slates (active and passive) for (upcoming) vacancies and pipe-lining projects to facilitate timely hiring and greater volume of candidates in the recruitment life cycle.
* Identify candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including: Linked In Recruiter, social media, networking, cold calling, direct sourcing and referrals, as well as leveraging competitor intelligence and our ATS/Talent pool.
* Manage the sourcing process in the identification and initial assessment of external talent using creative and proactive sourcing methods.
* Work closely with other Talent Sourcing Specialists and Regional Sourcing Manager to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating proactive candidate flow to add to the pipeline
* Gather market intelligence on the Consumer Products and Pharmaceutical industry and proactively build and manage a candidate network
* Track sourcing activity, using metrics and analytic as well as maintain sourcing systems with a high level of integrity and accuracy
* Works on ad hock projects as required for the benefit of the Global Sourcing Team
Role-scope is country/cluster-specific and will be part of the Global Sourcing Team. Will have full accountability for sourcing for assigned countries and projects. This role will also work and maintain the internal sourcing system in order to build a global talent pool.
Key Challenges:
* Taking part in the implementation of a new structure / ways of working within the business
* Establish close relationships with Talent Acquisition and Country HR to build talent pipelines and establish a proactive recruitment approach
* Establish and develop an external network of talent for RB
Qualifications / Personal Attributes:
* 3 - 5 year's experience
* Previous recruiting experience within an agency, consumer goods or technology industry is ideal
* Direct sourcing expertise - ideally from a recruitment agency - and first experience in the consumer goods industry
* Knowledge and maturity to manage candidate relationships and act as an effective RB ambassador
* Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions at one time
* Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the sourcing/pre-screening process and successfully manage challenging assignments
* Hands-on approach, you take pride in delivering top quality customer service
* Fluent in English, ideally with working experience in/with working with global teams (will work closely with recruiting team in Mexico)
