Job Description

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Funding Officer in Montreal for one of our client in the banking industry!!!!



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

* Once a customer goes into dealerships and applies for credit, the documentation is delivered to TD through a portal. Customers sign the deal at the dealership which are faxed back to TD. The deals go into bins and the funders will work on the deal. Candidate will be using multiple computer screens and verifying information from the fax, and input into the system. Finally, they will book the deal.

* Completing TD Auto Finance Contracts/Deals

* Ensure proper escalation processes are followed and exceptions within your authority are properly documented at all times.

* Work closely with both the Credit/Income & Accounting departments.



TOP SKILLS / MUST HAVE:

* Perfectly bilingual (French & English)

* Exceptional customer service skills in order to deal effectively with internal and external parties

* Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external partners

* Work closely in a team environment in order to meet individual and team driven benchmarks and service level agreements

* Utilize existing data entry skills ensuring speed and accuracy are balanced out

* Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written)

* Must be organized, ability to multi-task and stay resilient under pressure

* Attention to detail is a must in order to be able to forward correct instructions to lawyers to ensure -

* Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines



NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

* Banking experience

* Secure lending product experience



SOFT SKILLS:

* Good organizational skills

* Ability to work well in a team setting

* Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products

* Strong attention to detail

* Enthusiastic individual who demonstrates the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced and high risk environment



WORKING HOURS: Mon-Fri, (8:30am - 5:00pm)



WORKING LOCATION: Montreal



PAY RATE: $18.77/hour



LENGTH: 1-year contract!
