Job Description

Compile records concerned with ordering , receiving, storing , issuing and shipping materials , supplies , and equipment but performing the following duties;

Oversees and participates in all aspects of the following daily inventory management activities, cycle counts , product replenishment , product relocation , inventory adjustments and inbound outbound processing.

Create and maintain appropriate daily weekly and monthly cycle count reports and inbound reports to the General Manager/Supervisor and customer .

Generate product and location history reports , on hand quantity reports and other reports out of the company system as needed to investigate product issues and discrepancies.

Qualifications

To perform the job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge , skill, and or ability required.

EDUCATION /RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

High school graduate or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 4 years related experience in inventory, production planning, and scheduling is preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
