RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
* Reconciliation of foreign exchange deal terms for various regulatory jurisdictions (Canada, US & European markets)
* Credit monitoring - ensuring that all trades are not going over their limits and working on exceptions (ensuring valid trades)
* Confirmations of trades via written confirmation or electronic matter.
* Interacting with the front office (sales reps, traders), back office (settlements, investigations, etc.)
TOP SKILLS / MUST HAVE:
* 1-2 years of experience in an operations/process focused environment
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent Communication Skills (Fluently bilingual English, French) - Oral & Written
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* Knowledge of trading products (Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, etc.)
* Experience in the financial industry (previous hires all had this experience)
* Experience with a fund's manager
* Experience in a front or back office experience
* University degree in a finance/accounting field
SOFT SKILLS:
* Dynamic
* Eager learner
* Flexible
* Team player
* Leadership
WORKING HOURS: Anytime from 8 am to 6am / Mon-Fri
WORKING LOCATION: Montreal
PAY RATE: $16.60/hour
