Job Description

Seasonal Office Assistant

Manpower is now seeking a Seasonal Office Assistant to join the staff of our busy industrial client in Medway. Work locally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while gaining valuable new skills and building upon your prior administrative experience!

Full time seasonal job planned to run for about 4 months

Monday-Friday schedule working 7am-3:30pm

Occasional overtime

$11.21/hour, paid weekly

Opportunity to learn new systems



What will you be doing?

Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Using Excel and other software programs to log and track information

Multitasking in a fast-paced work environment

Using office equipment, such as printers and fax machines

Copying, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed



What will you bring to the job?

Strong customer service skills

Previous office experienced preferred

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel 2010

Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace

Ability to prioritize tasks independently once trained
