Position Reports to: Client Delivery Manager & Recruiting Manager
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides secretarial/clerical daily support for the On-site Manager and Recruiting Manager as well as to the field office as needed.
Required Education
· College education preferred but not nessecary.
Required Years of Experience
· 2-3 years of office/secretarial experience in a professional office environment. Admin experience, specifically oriented to governance and payroll is highly desired for this position.
Required Technical/ Functional Skills
· Must be a self starter who has the ability to work autonomously.
· Attention to detail and good organizational skills are required
· Ability to ensure delivery in a timely manner with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
· Excellent customer service, organization, eye for detail and the ability to work independently are required.
· MUST be highly proficient in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Highly detail oriented.
· Good communication skills - written and verbal.
· Experience working in service office is preferred.
· Good customer service skills, ability to work in and also promote team atmosphere.
· Ability to work independently. Confidentiality is very important.
Travel
Limited travel is required for this position. May travel from onsite to branch as needed depending on pending duties.
