Job Description

Description:

* Usability testing of annual form development for the graduate and coterm on-line application forms; track and report results to team.

* Resolve system and policy issues submitted via Service Now

* Review academic credentials for eligibility for graduate study, maintain applicant files

* Update PeopleSoft records

* Respond accurately and efficiently to numerous email inquiries

* Process PeopleSoft application data

* Create PeopleSoft student records for various non-matriculated student programs

* Other projects assigned



Requirements:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision

* Demonstrate success in follow through and completion of assigned tasks

* Ability to prioritize and multitask

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Team oriented; flexible; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient computer skills (PeopleSoft experience preferred; not required)
