Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Scan confidential paper files and convert to digital files. Name and organize digital files based on provided guidelines.

CORE DUTIES:

* Scan paper files and documents

* Create digital document

* Name file and organize using provided naming convention and file structure

* Other duties may also be assigned



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Basic computer skills and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Ability to learn new software quickly.

Ability to follow through and complete assigned tasks.

Maintain confidentiality in perpetuity.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to problem solve.

Strong verbal communication skills.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.

Frequently sitting, twist/bend/stoop/squat.

Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
