Job Description

Manpower is currently hiring a Data Entry Specialist with great customer service skills in Delray Beach. Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. SUMMARY: The position of Data Entry Specialist consists of being able to learn and retain company and dealership processes and then communicate effectively (verbal and written) with dealerships, DMV, and vehicle purchasers. This is a fast paced position and will require the representative to be organized, effective, efficient and dependable in completing their daily tasks and responsibilities. A successful representative will be flexible and adaptable.

SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business communication Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of customer management and associates, and ITS Supervision and Management. TELEPHONE SKILLS: Excellent phone skills Pleasant voice and on-phone personality “Please and Thank You” politeness Excellent follow-up dependability TIME MANAGEMENT: Ability to follow established priorities Ability to meet time sensitive commitments and expectations Excellent multi-tasking skills QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered for this position the candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have the ability to strictly adhere to the company processes and procedures. To perform this job successfully an individual must have working knowledge of or be able to learn these skills in a time acceptable to management.
