Job Description

Provide outstanding customer service through both oral and written communication. Maintain existing customer relationships and work to create new customer relationships. Enter and process quotes and orders, including changes, cancellations, etc. Communicate fully with internal and external customers and follow-up promptly with quotes, requests, orders and other tasks. Ensure paperwork is accurately completed. Confirm all quotes and orders as well as any changes. Ensure purchase and work orders match in terms of addresses, pricing, freight terms, payment terms, etc. Continually update customer information into database.

Must demonstrate patience, tact, empathy and problem solving skills with consistently good voice quality. Can organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy.

• 3+ years experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Adept with using a computer and experienced in the Microsoft Office suite of software, especially Excel.
