Job Description

Summary: The Southeast Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business with new and existing customers located in the Southeast Region of the United States. He/she reports directly to National Sales & Marketing Director - The Americas.



* Penetrate and grow the business of key strategic customers in your region such as Sanofi, Twinlab, Mason, etc.

* Assess your market for new customers. Evaluate new and existing customers for new supply opportunities of existing products and for voids in their product portfolio that would yield a new business opportunity.

* Formulate and execute a sales strategy and key account development plan.

* Work with National Sales & Marketing Director to develop and achieve your annual sales plan.

* Effectively communicate and align with the internal functional departments based in China so they support your projects and better understand your customer's needs.

* Provide HQ insight into your market by collecting information about competitors, the sales channel, new products, latest consumer trends and news worthy events.







Education Bachelor degree or above Language English

Major BA, Marketing or Sciences Experience At least 7 Years experience



* 3+ Years Finished Product B2B Sales in VMS, OTC or Pharmaceuticals working directly with Branded and Private Label Customers.

* Proven track record of successful account management. Good understanding of the VMS market, key active ingredients, product portfolio management.

* Efficient communication skills, effective presentation skills, ability to work under pressure and making quick decisions.

* Experience with Microsoft Office Products and web based CRM reports. Ability to travel as much as 35% of the time.
