We are looking for individuals with Inbound Call Center Experience:

What is the job?



We manage interactions with patients and the insured for a significant portion of the U.S. health-care industry, whether it's digital payments, claims processing, benefit administration, automated tolling, customer care or distributed learning.



Inbound calls

8-10 min calls; 6-7 calls per hr.

Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding company records, billings, contract renewals, and supply returns.

Answers and initiates a variety of real-time inbound and outbound voice-based communications in English or other languages to support customer care.

Using a computerized system

To resolve customer queries and complaints, (Some examples may include Billing, Healthcare, Human Resources, Order Processing, or Customer Support).

Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.

Gathers information, res8earches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls

Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner

Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs

Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.



Training Schedule:



Mon- Fri, 8am- 4:30pm

4 weeks training

No missing during training

Work Schedule:



Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm

Friday 8am-5pm

Qualifications



High School Diploma or equivalent required

1+ yr in a call center environment

Minimum of one year of customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face

Must be able to pass drug and background screening

Medical terminology is a PLUS

Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction required

Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred
