What's in it for you?

*Full Time Hours - Monday - Friday: 8:00am -5:00pm (Over time as needed; some weekends required)

*Work days: Monday - Friday

*Competitive Pay rate: $19.00 - $21.00

What you'll be doing:

*Entering and processing complaints from customers using quality systems

*Coordinating the responses to customers via electronic system following

*Processing and revising SOPs to meet triennial review compliance requirement and routing for approvals using SOPs and Quality systems

*Assisting in all administrative tasks: filing, documentation, scanning, data entry

*Generating reports as per departmental needs

The skills we are looking for:

*Minimum 2 years of applicable experience in Customer Service

*Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device companies as a compliance coordinator and/or document change control coordinator

*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

*Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive situations and records

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, on phone, and in writing)

*Quick and accurate - able to follow directions, prioritize and meet deadlines
