Job Description

Broomfield based company is seeking an HR Assistant. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate must have extensive skills in administrative support to assist the Talent Acquisition team.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $19.25 - $20.00 / hour DOE


Manage onboarding/new hire documents for all new employees and new hire Orientation.

Administrative support for Talent Acquisition team.

Schedule candidate interviews and send confirmation emails.

Create travel authorization request forms.

May create expense report forms for traveling interview candidates.

Print and/or save resumes, etc. in shared folder.

Organize and file all Talent Acquisition folders.

Administrative support for candidate on-boarding processes.

Manage and edit required forms as necessary.

May help process candidate background checks.

May help create job flyers as needed for individual career fairs.

Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.


High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 or more years of related experience.

Each higher level degree, i.e., Associate's, may substitute for two years of experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills.

Requires extreme attention to detail and the ability to consistently tie off loose ends in a relatively independent manner.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software including the use of Outlook, and Word.

Must be attentive to the department's needs, have follow-through, be a self-starter, multi-tasker and detail-oriented.

Must have the ability to work independently.

Must be a team contributor and have the ability to actively support a fast-paced team environment.

Requires confidentiality in all areas of the HR department.
