Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Administer the update of skills of Associates/Candidates on their resume and/or in our system to upgrade their skills for assignments as needed.

 Answer telephone calls to provide desired information as needed by Associates/Candidates and Clients

 Ask all Associates/Candidates for referrals to past hiring managers of past employers for further Business Development leads and future business

 Check the credit ratings of all Clients - both old and new including any that are reactivated

 Coach and counsel Associates/Candidates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction

 Conduct outside service calls to all hiring managers to ensure quality customer service and to expand business from each Client

 Conduct consistent communication with Associates/Candidates and Clients in the form of emails, calls and in person onsite tours to determine client needs and their environments as requested

 Create a Candidate call activity plan with Branch Manager daily/weekly

 Effectively manage all things related to the Associate/Candidate and Client in our system to ensure all information is current e.g. availability for work, working hours, personal information including accurate telephone numbers and emergency contacts, complaints, testing and performance appraisals, and references as well as job descriptions and any other information received from the hiring managers

 Effective negotiation of bill and pay rates in order to achieve gross profit percentage expectations as approved by Branch Manager (This includes widening the gap between bill and pay rates.)

 Ensure the orientation process is complete including adding new information to the orientation process in a timely manner.

 Fill Client job orders with qualified Candidates - including temporary, temp to hire and direct hire/permanent job orders

 Flexibility to adjust and focus on related activity to revenue generating results from month to month, congruent with changing business needs

 Implement innovative solutions to search out new recruiting resources

 Interview and test Candidates using the Predictable Performance System to evaluate their qualifications for assignments and any other tests per each specific client need and/or request

 Maintain Associate/Candidate and Client records to ensure completeness and accuracy and update all information within our system on a daily basis
