We are currently recruiting for a RTR / PTP Project Training Manager. This position will be a temporary role with a need for someone through 1/31/20. The Financial Shared Services team is seeking a Manager Level Contract Resource for our Record to Report (RTR) and Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. We seek a proven business professional and leader who has extensive process knowledge in the Record to Report functions of master data, fixed asset, tax, treasury, Inter-Company, product costing, period close, and/or consolidation processes. This individual will be responsible for working with both business and IT partners to deliver project objectives across multiple projects.



Primary Areas of Responsibility

* An in depth understanding of RTR / PTP business areas to aid in the execution of project deliverables

* Interpret and/or ensure business requirements are translated to and delivered from Information Technology team.

* Ensure all testing requirements and time lines are meet.

* Ensures training and exchange of best practices (OCM) is communicated during project transition.

* Responsible for leading business process or system optimization / enhancement projects with global scope.



Desired Skills and Experience:

* Bachelors or Master's Degree in technical or business discipline.

* 5+ years technical or Finance experience, ideally within RTR / PTP areas, including at` least one full life-cycle implementation of a multinational SAP instance.

* A broad, enterprise wide and cross process view of the business and understanding for linkages and process capabilities for business performance.

* Ability to communicate with and influence varying levels within the organization.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP within one or more of the following business processes; SAP Financial Accounting, SAP Accounts Payables, SAP Travel Management, SAP Bank Accounting, SAP Vendor Master, SAP Withholding and Indirect Tax using bolt on tools like OneSource. Ideally experience working with SAP FI and CO modules.

* Demonstrated results driving continuous improvement within business processes or systems

* Knowledge of project management methodologies, testing protocols, and techniques in a technical environment. HPQC Testing System experience a plus.

* Demonstrated organizational ability to work effectively across cultures and regions

* Global travel may be required (5 - 10% of the time).
