What's in it for you?

*Full Time Hours - Monday - Friday: 8:00am -5:00pm (Over time as needed; some weekends required)

*Work days: Monday - Friday

*Competitive Pay rate: $17.00/hr.



What you'll be doing:

*Ensuring customers are satisfied with company as their distributor

*Solving customer problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists

*Communicating with vendors and colleagues professional ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner

*Inputting customer orders, customer credits, and invoicing

*Assisting customers with order and problems

*Performing administrative responsibilities such as: checking faxes and mail on a daily basis, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary

*Attending training and Customer Service meetings



The skills we are looking for:

*Minimum 2 years of applicable experience in Customer Service, call center and/or related area within the food service industry

*Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Applications

*Must be able to type 40 WPM

*Must have HS Diploma or GED
