Job Description

Our client in Beamsville is looking for a great Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! This position would be a temp to perm opportunity and would start right away.

Job Details

- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm

- $16.50 an hour

- Weekly Pay


- Providing excellent customer service to new and current clients

- Responding to customer questions and concerns

- Invoicing client purchases

- General administration (filing, fielding incoming emails, etc..)

- Maintaining service log spread sheet


- Previous Customer Service/ Administration experience

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a team based environment
