Manpower is looking for associates with a strong customer service background for a Call Center position with a large insurance company near Jax Beaches!

Must be able to work the below shifts:

One: 10:15-7:00 pm One: 1130- 8 EST.

Job Description:

This position will be a part of a team of 1st Tier Support individuals who will support a client solution. Successful candidates will be hands-on and able to drive customer issues to completion, password resets, some online troubleshooting. Responds to queries coming in on phone, or email, logs all cases in tracking database. This role requires great customer skills as well as creativity and attention to detail.

Skills Set Required:

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at identifying root cause and championing solutions.

* Adhere to established operations standards and procedures and recommends appropriate modifications and process improvements.

* Must be a highly organized and disciplined individual demonstrates flexibility, strong time management skills and works well with multiple technical disciplines.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment.

* Be highly responsive with strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills.

* Learning new products and technologies.
