Job Description

Position: Entry level Assembly in cleanroom environment

Location; Mesa

Shift: 5:00am to 5:00pm or 5:00pm to 5:00am Sunday-Tuesday every other Wednesday (Assembly)or AM and PM shifts 8 hour for (Kitting/Pack Out)

Pay: $13.00 hourly to 14.00 hourly depending on shift

Summary:

Conducts various production functions. May perform functions in one or more lines.



Hardware Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding and fitting on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.



Prototype Assembler Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre-production projects. Works from rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components. May perform rework and quality testing. Work typically includes interaction with development and/or manufacturing engineering personnel.



Kitting/Pack-out Performs repetitive assembly of the company's products into complete packages including, but not limited to, software, medical or pharmaceutical products, PC boards, accessories, manuals, operating instructions and data sheets. May perform other packaging tasks including: placing labels on packages, operating small production equipment, putting manuals into binders, counting and sorting various items, and forming or breaking down boxes for final product. When applicable, maintains related records to comply with government standards.
