Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Global Card Programs is responsible for purchasing card and corporate card programs. This individual will oversee the implementation of card programs in compliance with Company Policy, including the online tools for the Concur Expense System,

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE ORGANIZATION:

Corporate Card & Meeting/Purchasing Card Administration

Administers the credit card management of Corporate Cards, Meeting & Purchasing Cards which includes developing a governance process to incorporate rollouts, changes and developing ongoing training plans for new and existing users.

* Manage the corporate card program, developing company hierarchy for card issuance and reporting.

* Lead implementation of global card programs; manage reporting and compliance.

* Develop and maintain an audit and compliance program to monitor risk within the card programs.

* Deliver monthly reporting to key stakeholders

* Oversee the card program and end user training and support

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor's Degree in business management, purchasing, accounting or a closely related field

* Overall Experience 3+ years to include the following:

o Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate card & purchasing card program, multinational organization

o Minimum of 3 years project management, to include acquisitions and integration analysis

* High level of integrity

* Experience managing card programs, implementation and conversion of business locations to the online system (Concur)

* Proven success initiating and driving change management initiatives

* Strong technology skills including ERPs (JDEdwards, SAP) and Microsoft Office suite of products

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Team leadership experience

* Customer service mindset

* Strong organizational, communication and written skills
