Calling all Administrative professionals! Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for 1 year experienced Administrative Assistant in Vancouver. Are you looking for a new challenge? This is a 6 month contract with 37.5 hours work weeks, Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm.

The right candidate will be responsible to:

* Supporting and assisting with the Leasing, Property, and Operations teams

* Coordinate tenant communication

* Coordinate tenant moving in and out

* Maintaining the filing system

* Order office supplies

* Other administrative assistant duties as required

Qualified candidates have:

* Strong Verbal and written communication

* Previous Administrative Support experience

* Highly Organized and can work independently

* Previous experience with computer applications such as MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
