Job Description

Successful Candidate will have a 1 year Call center experience and speak/read/write English and Spanish fluently.

Ability to use PC, type 40 wpm, proficient in MS Outlook.

Ability to follow written policies, procedures and guidelines, and give feedback to leadership.

Self-motivated with good time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret basic to moderately complex documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and government/healthcare guidelines.

Excellent written verbal communications skills and customer service skills, including professional telephone skills.

Ability to successfully pass background screening and drug testing.

Attendance will be crucial to success in this role, initial training is 6 weeks and 100% attendance is required.
